Not Just for Tickets!

I am using this plugin and add-ons to help my client collect athlete information for a series of athletic meets. He needs to collect information about each person who signs up for an event and then export that information to create flight sheets and track standings for the season. This plugin works really well for this purpose! I used a translation program to substitute different terms where the word “ticket” appears. So it you’re looking for a way to gather information from your customers that is not part of their billing information, this may be your answer.

Being only an intermediate CSS coder, I needed help to make the UX the way we wanted it. The support team at Tickera was SUPER helpful – even adding some code to my site for me. When things didn’t work perfectly, they helped me with refinements.

US users, keep in mind the support team doesn’t work 24/7 and they are not in your time zone. So you won’t get immediate responses to your tickets/questions. But you will get an answer overnight or on Monday. And the answer you get will usually solve the problem.

There are a few things I wish the program did (like allow you to determine the sequence of exported fields). Overall, it’s really working for us so far.
