Hello,
I’m sorry to hear you are having issues. Could you tell us which website you installed Jetpack Search on so that we can help solve the issue?
Hi thanks for the quick response.
It is installed on
Theminifigurestore.uk
Hi @adaml4458,
Thanks for sharing your site URL, and sorry we’ve not gotten back to you sooner.
Are you still experiencing this issue? I’m currently seeing posts in the search index. Let us know if you’re still having issues.
Hi Daniel
Thanks for the reply. It is still showing as 0 results onsite and in the admin area. Also when I log into the JETPACK admin area it states that search is disabled when it is actually enabled.
Any help would be great.
Thanks Adam
Hi Adam,
Indeed we have identified a bug which we are working on fixing. However, it seems that navigating to the wp-admin interface should work. What do you see when you visit this page?

Hello,
Thanks for your patience. I have successfully indexed your site now.
You can now see there are 4600+ results for “lego”

Please let us know if you have any additional issues.
Cheers
Is there a way to not show out of stock products?
Also with the issues that have happened will this auto index new products moving forward?
Hello,
Newly added posts and products will be indexed automatically, within a couple minutes of posting. We just had a bug with the initial indexing.
Unfortunately we don’t currently have an option to exclude out of stock products. I will add that to our list of features to implement.
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Is there any way that we can exclude them? Maybe with some custom code temporarily until you introduce this feature as we have around 3,000 products out of stock that would then show in the search meaning that it would be displaying products that are no use to customers.
Hi @adaml4458 –
We have a feature request for this here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/23886
but it is not something that is currently possible with Jetpack Search.
Maybe add this to the paid for version as i’m sure ti would ensure a lot of people actually pay the subscription. Once the bugs are fixed and this is added I will certainly be paying for the premium version!
