    what is that? a plugin or non-user-centered test application? nothing work and the notifications can not understandable. and not in English Its all Chinese .

    Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we are very sorry that our plugin is not provided in English.
    Now we are working on changing the notifications from Japanese to English. We will complete that as soon as possible.

    You can see the heatmap data the next day, since it needs time to collect the data.
    However, there might be other reasons that the plugin doesn’t work.
    Could you please submit a topic at our support forum if the problems are still occurring?
    Once we get the topic, our support team will be able to help you.
