 * Hello, I took a look at your plugin and it seems that the alt modifications are
   not stored in post content and media meta. Am I right?

 * Yes, that’s right. If I store those changes in the database it’s more complex
   to rewrite the values after some changes of the settings.
 * If you have concerns about performance, you can use the plugin together with 
   a cache. It works fine with all popular caching plugins like W3 Total Cache, 
   WP Super Cache, WP Rocket and many more.

 * Well my problem is not about performance but keeping the values. If I need to
   desactivate your plugin, all the alt and title will be lost.

 * Yes, I understand. But why do you want to deactivate it? If you disable it, the
   plugin can’t optimize alt and title attributes for new posts or images.

 * Sure, but this plugin is really new, the next update is under development and
   currently there are no plans to discontinue the development, because I use it
   myself for many sites.

 * I use WP since 2005 and saw so much plugins abandoned.
