Not impressed and lack of support – Update

Things were solved, system is great and they fixed the issues, I rest my case, thumbs up to Bojan from the support!
>Basic things like Google Analytics integration and Search Integration not working, we tried to buy a test month, but support answering time is awfull. First solution they send was a down grade of the plugin and they asked if it worked, not very serious.
