# Not importing feed items

 * We noticed that the feed items weren’t importing new items, it was stuck on items
   in June. We’ve tried manually Fetching Items, but that didn’t update it. We’ve
   tried deleting the items (and emptying trash) and reimporting, but now nothing
   imports. We’ve tried changing the limit from 0 to 3, changing the Update internal,
   changing settings, still nothing. The Feed Preview shows the correct posts. On
   the Feed Sources page it shows, Last Updated: 2 months ago.
 * We’ve had this issue before and you were able to help, but that fix you provided
   didnt work this time.

 * Are you using any add-ons besides the core plugin? If so please contact the team

 * In any case, you may have a stuck Cron Job, could you please go through the steps

   and it will narrow down your issue regarding importing new items.

 * Thank you so much, you pointed us in the right direction. Looked like there was
   an issue with cURL, SSL, and the PHP version so cron jobs weren’t running properly.
   The hosting company had to upgrade PHP on the server and it started working.

 * It’s important to check if the Cron Jobs are running, this is what will keep 
   imports continuously updating and importing.
 * In case it occurs again, please check the running cron jobs.
