    Hi,

WooComemrce Admin is not importing data. I have tried to stop import, delete previously imported data and start importing, but nothing happens.
    What can be the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

May I know what data you’re importing?

I try to import Registered Customers and Orders and Refunds, but it never succeeds to do the import. Keeps saying “Status: Importing Customers”

    @sorendrejervej ,

Is this something you’re doing via WooCommerce Admin (Analytics data), the WooCommerce plugin, or something else?

WooCommerce Admin importing is done via Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data:

    Import Historical Data

WooCommerce has a Products import under Products > All Products > Import, but no customer, order, or refund import is available without an extension.

If you’re using an extension to import the data, you may need to check with the developer of that extension if it’s not working properly.

If not, can you give some more details on how you’re performing this import?

Yes I’m trying to do it via WooCommerce Admin, but still after a week it says: “Status: Importing Customers”, but still: “Imported Registered Customers 0 of 138”
It never succeeds to import anything.

    Hi there,

To import customers, you will need a plugin like https://woocommerce.com/products/customerorder-csv-import-suite/

It is not possible to import Customers with WooCommerce Admin.

May I know which plugin you’re using to import customers.

I’m using the same feature on other sites, where it works perfectly.
Please see this video. It shows the issue:

    Hi @sorendrejervej ,

Thanks for that video. I do see that you’re importing the customer data via the WooCommerce Admin page I shared, so that does help.

Can you try these steps? This can help us narrow down the cause:

    • Check your browser console for any JavaScript errors happening during the import. This page shows how to check for errors in different browsers, if you need it. If you do get JavaScript errors, share those here.
    • Also check for any errors under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button
    • Deactivate the WooCommerce Admin plugin, clear the analytics cache (WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear), then check your analytics reports to see if they’re accurate.
    • If not, go ahead and try importing the historical data again.
    • If it hangs again, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce (leave WooCommerce Admin deactivated for now), and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty. Clear the analytics cache and then try the import again.

Let us know how those turn out!
