# Not Importing

 * Very nice looking plugin, but I cannot get the “import” to work. I just get a
   blank page. And when I receive new form submissions, it’s not showing up in UpiCRM…

 * I’m having the same problem.
 * I’ve imported from Ninja Forms, as well as importing from basic .CSV files, and
   although it shows the entries are there, the fields are all blank.
 * When I export the entries as a new .csv and read them, the fields are filled 
   with gibberish about what kind of browser I’m using (Chrome), rather than ANY
   of the actual customer data. I believe I’ve mapped the fields correctly, but 
   regardless of the scenario, the plugin simply won’t show me usable customer data.
 * Is there any way we can have a simple new customer input screen so we can just
   put them in one at a time if we want, rather than having to either upload or 
   use another plugin?

   capture of the fields mapping ?

 * I have tried both the excel template and the ninja forms import and both of them
