not having success after FTP

    all files uploaded to ftp. changed config file name. click on install.php file, partially scrambled…

    clicked on install.php
    Did you open them with your ftp program? You need to to go to yoursite.com/folder/wp-admin/install.php in your browser.

    Or you do not have php on the server
    Or your ftp program uploaded them in binary not ASCII
