    Nevermind, looks like it updated… just needed to wait 30 hours. Please investigate.

    Also, your Submit Ticket form is not working on your trackship website… returns a Wordfence error.

    The functionality you provide with AST plugin and your Trackship service is good… customers like it ok. It’s just good enough for the price of $60/mo. But no more than that, and it seems I’m sending you one problem or another on a frequent basis.

    Please devote more attention to this.

    Hi, AST is a free plugin and TrackShip is a premium shipment trakcing API, both are by zorem.

    I know you use TrackShip since the Tracking Page you sent in the first message and the automatic shipment tracking are TrackShip features.

    I have passed these tracking number to TrackShip’s Developers and they will check your trackers and contact you.

    Here we are only allowed to provide support with AST, since you are TrackShip’s customer, you can get support for TrackShip.
