    @jokerceremony,

    It shows that the license key is delivered. Have you checked your inbox? Also, have you configured your SMTP server? Are you receiving emails at all?

    Also, the activation column refers to the number of activations/maximum number of activations of the license key via the REST API.

    Let me know if you need further help.

    Oh, I see, Yeah I’m getting Emails, I thought i can see my customer username/Email in activation column. Is it possible to see in the panel ?
    One more thing, For example, I have 10 license key in my inventory Once the user purchase key and gets invalid key how can I resend fresh key from inventory so that I don’t need to refund money and ask him to order again?

    @jokerceremony,

    you would have to manually assign a new key to his existing order (edit license key), then inside the WooCommerce Order you have the “Resend license keys” order actions, here’s a screenshot:

    (EDIT) PS: Please note that the license key will only show up in his order if he actually bought the product to which the license key belongs to.

    okay, thank you so much,
    the last problem, I have added product and Product data is Variable product, so 1 product have 2 categories, how can i link separate license key with that product? because when i search 2 variable product name in product section i cannot find them, only parent name appears

    As i have checked other similar issue and you’ve answered “It’s not on an unique tab on variable products. Please check the tab where the individual product variations are defined.”

    But my problem is i cannot link keys for 2 variables, and when i go to product variations there also shows 0 license key in stock.

    Regarding “Resend license keys” My customer bought license key which he said not working then I follow your steps. goto woocommerce order>order action>send a license key to the customer. but when I check my license key panel it didn’t activate new key for the client.

    Hello @jokerceremony,

    You must add a new license key to the order first, then resend the license keys.

    Thanks.. got it.

    Awesome! Glad we got it working. I will then mark this topic as resolved.

    PS: It would be great if you could take some time out of your day to write a plugin review here on WordPress.org. These reviews really help the plugin to grow and mean a lot to me personally. Here’s the link:

    I’m having the same issue. my email and everything is working fine… When I try and buy my own product to test if it is working… I do not receive a serial Key. I can add serial keys just fine, but it doesn’t send them with an order.

    Also in my order options, like the screenshot you posted (https://snipboard.io/08KLJn.jpg), it does not give me an option to resend the License key.

    The plugin is installed correctly and everything on my site is up to date. Do you know what the problem is?

    Thanks,
    Xavier

    Hello @xavierg169,

    thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

    There seems to be something else going on, perhaps a conflict with another plugin. Do you have access to your PHP error logs? If so, is there anything related to my plugin in there?

    @drazenbebic
    Thanks for the reply! Sorry, I don’t know how to access PHP error logs…

    @xavierg169,

    can you please show me a screenshot of:

    • Your active plugins
    • Your product settings
    • WordPress Version
    • WooCommerce Version

    We’ll start from here and try to figure out the problem.
