  • Hello. we are still working on our site getting ready for release but we have a problem with the homepage not populating the save image. We have contacted the via web portal the theme hosting company and of course have paid a premium price but we are not getting any responses. The company is [ redacted ]. No phone number is listed and we have sent several request vis the forum support page. We would like to know what to do in this type situation.

    Which is the template you have taken from them? I see the Template Express theme author is also available on WordPress theme author list.

    So maybe we can somehow find a way to approach them.

    We will definitely try to help you here.

    Note: As you’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    If the vendors of a plugin or theme you’ve acquired are not supporting you then consider switching to a new vendor. A vendor that provides support will save you money in the long term.

    If you have a problem with any theme, plugin or service you paid for then the can’t help you with that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
