# Not Getting Security by CleanTalk authorization code

   the spam folder already.

 * Hello alchemistthreadworks,
 * To disable 2fa on the site, please click “Settings” button under your site name
   in the CleanTalk dashboard, then check “Turn two factor authentication (2FA) 
   off”, save. After a few minutes, the site will disable 2fa.
 * After that, deal with your site’s mail server. It’s the one that sends emails
   with the authorization code.
