We could see that you have recreated the fields phone number and email address using our plugin. This is the reason why you are facing this issue.

Inorder to get the default WooCommerce fields you need to reset the fields by clicking on the option “Reset to default fields”. Please note if you click on Reset to default fields, then all the custom fields created will be removed and you need to manually add it again on your checkout form.

    We hope this will help.

    Thank you!

    Hey,

yes i have re created the phone and email section because the first one billing_phone and billing_email is not visible on front end of the website thats why i have to created new fields named billing_tel and billing_mail then its showing on front end you can see that i have disabled the original one that’s billing_phone and billing_email they did not appeared in the checkout form i have created ticket and got resolved by you that name should be different that’s why i created new field’s for same purpose now the problem i am facing is
    1. Customer must enter their email and phone number on the checkout page (https://orangemonkie.co.kr/check-out/). Especially, it must be entered when purchasing non-members.
    2. I used the checkout form plugin to process it, but at some point suddenly email/phone number input area became invisible, so I first registered this issue.
    3. The method you handled last time was that the email and phone number did not enter WooCommerce’s billing_phone and billing_email ID values (entered in area 1 of the image).
    4. I want the checkout form plugin to work normally, or use another plugin or coding to correctly enter the email/phone number entered by the customer on the checkout page as billing_email/billing_phone (#1 in the image) in the Woocommerce order information / do not use billing_mail and billing_tel.
    5. Only after the above process we can be delivered to the customer, and the purchased customer can receive e-mails for purchase and delivery.

hope i am able to make you understand my issue.

This issue was due to the theme or some other plugin installed on your website.

Hence marking this thread as resolved.

    Thank you!
