I checked the options. The box is checked for the site owner to receive notifications when new topic created and the box is checked to allow subscriptions. * My email is correct and so is everyone else’s. If not please check your mail-server-configuration. Please also keep in mind that users dont get notifications for their own content. I understand users don’t get notifications for their own content. If so, the mail (for new topics, there is no for posts) is sent to the WordPress mail which you set during the installation of WordPress. Please also check your spam folder. * If its still not working there is maybe a problem with another (security) plugin which prevents the sending of mails. Have you checked other used WordPress plugins? Can you tell me the values which are written there?
