Not getting login in single attempt.

As a user or admin when I am trying to login on the site it fails to login in single attempt. Although the username and password are correct, I have to enter the username and Password several time then I am able to login on the site.
Please check and help me out on the issue as the site is going to be live soon.

Thanks for using our theme, It seems that the login was not on the theme problem and I was unable to replicate the issue.
Can you please answer these questions for me?
- What is the WordPress version of your site?
- Do you use any plugins in customizing the login page?
- If yes, can you please tell me which plugin you use? If not, it would be better to contact the WordPress support because this might an issue with the WordPress itself and not on the theme.
