# Not getting install.php

 * Hi,
 * I unzipped the contents and created a sub directory within the httpdocs named
   blogs and uploaded all the files and folders.
    When trying to access the [http://www.your_site.com/blogs/wp-admin/index.php](http://www.your_site.com/blogs/wp-admin/index.php)
   page to install i get Http 404 error file or directory not found.
 * I am working on IIS 🙂
