    Hello Shivani-Rana

    Re this:

“I am not getting email after fill “Product Enqury” form.”

Set the email address that Product Inquiries are sent to from the plugins Email Enquiry menu on the [Default Form ] tab – there you set the Enquiry goes to and a cc address – if you leave both of those blank the inquiry is sent to WordPress admin email address. See this screenshot of those settings

If the email is not being delivered it will mean that it is going to your email spam folder. This can be because the install is on a local or development server that does not have a trusted status. The easiest way to see this is set a Gmail address as the Email Goes to address and send a product enquiry and check your spam folder on that Gmail address. You can install this Free a3 Plugin to config your sites email delivery WP Email Template – it allows you to easily configure a more trusted email sender like SMTP, Gmail SMTP, or Mandrill.

    Re this

“When vendor/admin submit email id in product page from back-end it will remove automatically.”

I think by that you mean that you are trying to add a different email delivery address from the Email and Cart meta on the product page – see screenshot

That is a feature that is activated in the Premium version – you can read about all the advanced features available in the WooCommerce Email Inquiry and Cart Options Pro. On the Free version you can see all of the Premium version settings – they are in yellow boxes (for now) – that is why you can add email addresses there but when you update the post they are not saved. A Premium version Lifetime License is a once only payment with lifetime maintenance and feature upgrades and developer support.

Yes – just enter the email addresses comma separated.
