    I had a similar “blank entry” problem. It turned out to be a problem in the Notifications To Administrator section of Form Settings.

    Something about the way the notification was presented made me think it was a formatting problem rather than a failure to collect the data. So in the “Message” field after the {all_fields} tag I added a couple of line feeds to space the {infogeniuz_all} tag. Then I added a line feed after it.

    Hey presto! It worked.

    I can’t resolve this one.

    I installed a paid infogeniuz plugin on berdionmedspa.com. No data info is presented with the notification email. No information is shown within the entries database.

    Any thoughts?

    Same issue for me, paid plugin all fields bank.

    Have contacted the site 3x with no reply
