    I’ve got a couple of new registration, but did not get any emails letting me know.
    It was only because I was browsing the users that I noticed these new registrations. What happened to the mails ? Nothing in my spam folder. Nothing at all.

    This has only started happening since the latest version (2.8.0)
    Should I try re-installing the older version ?

    There were no changes in 2.8.0 that would effect emails, so you shouldn’t roll back if you can avoid it (in fact, there is an important update 2.8.1 scheduled for release today/tomorrow, so you should actually prepare to update).

    If they were working before, I would suggest double checking the email tab in the plugin’s control panel to make sure that the email content did not inadvertently get wiped out during the update – it shouldn’t have, but it may be a place to check.

    Something I’ve not thought of – it could be my email. I use my ISP’s email for the notifications. Could be a fault there.
    I’ll change it and see if that works.
