• Hi,

    I just bought the premium version of your plugin on site, I sent you a few messages, and I have a few complains/requests, that should be minimal or at the very least announced before purchase. It looks like an alpha in WordPress. So:
    1.- The calendar is very hard to translate, it does not use standard WordPress code for this…
    2.- It doesn’t work for more than one user to edit, rendering it nearly useless (you didn’t mention this before)
    3.- Event reminder is not working (premium add-on)
    4.- Can’t select or tell what calendar an event belongs to, there’s no filter in frontend (premium add-on also)
    Very upset about your plugin (i’m talking about the premium version, which should have a better support at least, and as I see it, shouldn’t be sold just yet, it’s nowhere near complete).

    Any help with these issues other than “we will do that sometime” would be greatly appreciated.

    Issues #2, #3 have already been resolved. It currently only supports English. We can add search in the future.

    Really? How should I do that? I went to your site again, and there’s no where to do that. I also wrote you about 4 emails, for support, and you haven’t answered. I asked for my money back, but you didn’t reply either. I’m really starting to feel I wasted my money. I hope this is useful for someone else looking to buy the premium version of your plugin. Worst support I’ve ever seen.

    Ok, now it got worse.

    I clicked on the link to download my version of your plugin, but it shows a page that says: “Sorry but your download link has expired.”. Please, help me or return my money.

    I did. But wont work. Still no way to get new updates, as promised. No way to get support. No way to get it to work. Terrible communication. I’m really sorry, I hope you address this issues and give me some way to get real support…
