Got a LOT of errors (after opening a support ticket with my hosting company about connection issues in WordPress, they think this plug-in is the problem and sent me a log from the back end). It works and none of my human visitors have complained of issues, but you might want to update the plug-in.

Hi @hollyjahangiri thanks for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. Would you mind sharing the debug log and system information file from the plugin as outlined here through our contact form, so we can use it for further troubleshooting?

I’m not a premium user, so I can’t use your contact form.

I can say that the errors are showing up on the server log, not in your debug log. They clearly relate to the version of php being incompatible and they are EXTENSIVE. My web host would like for me to uninstall the plug-in, though it appears to be working.

I’m not a premium user, so I can’t use your contact form.

Select the “Premium Support” box, and under “How can we help you?”, select “General Technical Question”.

This will give you a form that doesn’t require you to enter any license key.

Also, on the same page, there’s an email address you could use.

    Good luck!

Thanks, George! I did that and sent an excerpt of the nearly 2GB log file (almost all of which are errors from WP RSS Aggregator). Happy to send the rest if needed, but I’d need an email address that can take an attachment that large. 😉

I hate to do it, but if this isn’t updated soon, I’ll have to deactivate it.

@hollyjahangiri thanks for the follow-up and confirmation, I’m going to close this thread and continue the thread on email.
