Hi, thank you for your review.
My apologies for receiving this email, we do not have any plans at the moment, and Ally is completely free and will continue to work as usual.
You can use the legacy button to roll back to the older one-click, which is also free but lacks all of the new features for design, policy, etc.
As any other plugin for WordPress we look to the future and base our new features based on the community and progress.
I hope you have a wonderfull rest of your day!

Thanks for your response. However, I just received another email from Elementor stating that I’ve reached 100% of my monthly visit limit and need to upgrade to continue using Ally. The email also links to a landing page with detailed pricing and plan packages, which seems to contradict your statement that “we do not have any plans at the moment” and that Ally is “completely free and will continue to work as usual.”
Can you clarify:
1. Why does Ally have a visitor limit if it’s free?
2. If Ally is truly free, why is an Elementor account mandatory? Will you provide an option to use it without an account?
3. Will I continue receiving these emails? Should I just use the “unsubscribe” link in the footer and keep using the plugin without worrying that it will suddenly stop working at some point?
I’d appreciate a clear and honest answer.
Hi, thank you for your response.
At the time of this conversation we did not have any paid plans, but if you check the pinned support thread you can see out update.
The plugin is still completely free to use; this is the only change we made to the free version. There is a limit on visitors, but we are working to modify it based on the responses we receive from users like you so we can improve the experience.
The email will only show when you reach the limit or are close to it; it is monthly resets, and you can use the legacy to roll back if you do not like the new update.
As we progress and release new features and capabilities, modifications come with them, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. Your response, good or bad, is very valuable to us.
The only paid aspect are the new plans, but you do not have to purchase any.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s acceptable—or even allowed—to list a plugin on the WordPress.org directory and then cripple its functionality once a site hits a certain number of visitors. That kind of bait-and-switch is misleading, unfair to users, and goes against the whole spirit of the plugin repository.
