Not Found & This email has empty body

Hi,

First of all, great plugin to inspect mail traffic between server and website.

Now, the issue. Everything seems to go out correctly but certain emails are getting errors as:

We are receiving in solution column “Not found, check status column for more info” and a Status “This email has empty body”.

When we try to inspect the transcript, I get the following empty popup:

Any ideas to do a deeper inspection of what is generating this error?

Please provide diagnostic test Logs and Test email logs.

Let me know which email service you are using?

I need to test it on my staging websites but I need flow from you, what steps do you do when you get this error.

It will be solved by LearnDash dev team shortly. It’s an development issue they actually have with them plugin.
