'Not found' on downloading

    Hello Vincent,
    I have the english version of the Customer Area plugin, did everything as instructed but when I try to download, this message comes.

    “Not Found
    The requested URL /home/&download-file=1 was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    Already tried on english wordpress fresh install and the same message poped up. Am I doing something wrong?
