Support » Fixing WordPress » “Not Found” Image placeholder keeps popping up

  • I’m working on a project page. When I go to look at it in published mode, when I click into the project the first thing that pops up is a grey box with the words “Not Found Your image is no longer available in your media library” which is weird. When I click refresh, all my work appears as it should. Why am I getting this grey box when I load my project and how do I remove it so that my work appears without having having to refresh the page? Help please.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
