    EDITED: CONCERN SOLVED, THANK YOU.

As opposed to what is said in the description, you cannot make a FAQ for Woocommerce, at least not without a premium subscription. Nothing is said about the fact that it is only in the premium version, the description is misleading, say you can have a Woocommerce FAQ, but do not indicate anything about the fact that it is exclusive to the premium version.

Intentionally misleading => 1 star out of 5. Will change my rating when the description will not be intentionally misleading.

    Hi awillame,

Sorry about any confusion about WooCommerce FAQs. The thinking was that since “WooCommerce tab with specific FAQs for each product” was listed under premium features, it would be clear that WooCommerce FAQs was a premium feature. We’ve updated the text to make it more clear by starting the WooCommerce FAQ section with the text:

Using WooCommerce to sell your products? With the premium version you can easily add an FAQ tab to each product page

Thanks for letting us know that it wasn’t clear from the text before that WooCommerce FAQs were a premium feature.

    Hello,

Thank you for the prompt response and the will to solve this matter. When I read the description, I dstill do not see any change. Particularily, I can see right below the video presentation of the plugin:

“With WooCommerce Integration! See the “FAQ for WooCommerce”

section below for full details and features.”. This indicate me that if I install the plugin (free version), I will get the Woocommerce integration, which is not the case. Any other reference to “Woocommerce” is never indicating that only the paid version of the plugins have this feature.

    Best Regards,

    Hi awilliame,

OK. That line is just informing users to scroll to the WooCommerce section lower in the page to find out more about the integration (where it mentions that it’s a premium feature).

We’ve added “… about this feature in the premium version” to the top sentence, so it’s clear to anyone reading even just the one line that it’s a premium feature.

Thank you for taking the time to solve my concern. I changed my review since it is now not deceiving and clearer.
