• This plugin is installed on our installation at work. I just clicked the button to view the page in Elementor. Something happened where it took the formatting away in my theme. I didn’t even know I could edit the theme at the same time I’m editing the frontpage.

I have 8 hours to fix this before people come into the office. Switching to previous revisions of the frontpage did not work. It must have changed something in the theme itself.

I would not suggest allowing this plugin to be installed on a production version of a website, unless it’s your personal blog that you don’t care about. It was installed along with our theme, I believe.

@lisaelementor why do you not have a ticketing mechanism if you have millions of users. It looks great only if it works and not keep breaking the site.

In past 2 days, the only thing I am noticing with Elementor is issues after issues that is breaking the site again and again and without a proper ticketing system or any kind of support system it is difficult to see how a serious website can be built using your tool.

Seems you only invest in sales and not the product support – for which you charge !
