This plugin is quite powerful and flexible, but it isn’t “intuitive”. It takes some study and a lot of (personal) planning to set up a number of forms properly. A lot of thought has obviously gone into setting up the form administration, but it could be vastly improved by tidying up the way things like field options or style template settings are displayed. As well, a number of users (including me) experience problems with ‘popover’ success/error messages displaying, and troubleshooting this takes diligence and a level of expertise with coding.
