    Hello good and had to remove the velocity minify by another plugin and the truth is that it is better the velocity minfy was faster the web had to remove it because changed to php 7.2 to see if you could put it compatible with php 7.2
    wordpress version 4.9.5

    FVM is compatible with 4.9.5 and PHP 7.2.
    Was there an issue using it?

    That means that whoever upgraded the server to PHP 7.2 forgot about the mbstring package, which is actually a common function on php to handle multibyte characters.

    It basically means your PHP upgrade is incomplete and it’s bound to cause errors.
    FVM detects this is missing, and it could be on any php version, not necessarily 7.2 but even 5.6

    Ask your sysadmin to install the php mbstring package, as well as all available common php packages by the way. This is done on the server with a root account, not your site.
