    It clearly says “Discounted purchases are non-refundable” and your order has healthy discount.

    You had raised an issue and our team promised you to release fix for that on coming update. You have to wait till next update, it’s not possible for us to release new update for every single fix.

    Another request, don’t use this review system for blackmailing us to process your refund request.

    I am not blackmailing you… I am asking you to honor your terms and conditions and warning other people that might end up in financial hardship like me for believing you would refund if your product was not fit for purpose.

    I specifically emailed you before purchase to check whether the discount for the lifetime products made them eligible for refund. I was told that yes, this BLOB15 discount WAS eligible for your 30 day refund. Email from Shhiv copied below. I have the original that I can forward to you if you don’t believe me. Please honor your promises. If Shivv did not confirm that I WOULD be able to receive a refund with the discount BLOB15 for the lifetime products then I would NEVER have purchased your plugin.

    Which 15% discount are you referring to? All discounts are not applicable for refunds, let me know first. Only if you go for lifetime package with BLOB15 as discount then you can get the refund.

    And yes, the shipment tracking module will work with Ultimate only.

    I am grateful that I have had contact now regarding a resolution to this issue. The team at WCFM have provided a code snippet to try. Thank you, I will try this and hopefully we can resolve the issue and I will then update my feedback.
