Not Fetching or Syncing since update

Since installing the last update, the sync returned repsonse of “object.object” in red and the fetch does nothing. i tried resetting the fetch and now have no products at all on my sheet. The Sync by SKU still works. Do i need to disconnect from my site and reconnect? please reply urgently
