Hello Hans,
Judging on the screenshot, I don’t think this PDF is generated by our PDF invoice plugin, unless the template was heavily customized – in which case you should contact the person that made those customizations for you. We can only provide support for the “Simple” template that is provided with the free plugin.

It is generated with your plugin and I never changed anything to the simple template.

So I don’t understand what is wrong. Could it be another plugin that is messing up this?

The plast two screenshots are definitely showing our plugin, but the screenshot you showed before is probably from a PDF generated by another plugin. The invoice PDF generated by the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin looks like this:
As you can see this is quite different from your layout:
I’m sorry for the confusion, but it’s my mistake.
I was asked to check this and now realize that the layout is indeed from a completely different issue.
