Not Editable Name & Email

    class-fscf-display.php is where the name and email are printed in the form.

    To make a field readonly, you can add attributes in the field options for Name and Email Address fields. set to: readonly=”readonly”

    But it would need custom programming to make this conditional in logged in user.
    There is a consultant you can hire Ken Carlson, he was a co programmer of the 4.xx update
