# Not earning points

 * I have installed the free plugin and tried making a purchase, then marked the
   purchase as completed in woocommerce but it didn’t add the points earned to the
   user. I set the conversion rate 10:1 and I also toogled turn off/on but it’s 
   still not working.

 * you can try to deactivate all plugins, leave active only Woocommerce and Points
   and Rewards Plugins.
 * Then with a test see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again
   one by one and see which one produces the issue.

 * I have the same problem. “Leave active only Woocommerce and Points and Rewards
   Plugins” – have done this, but still does not working
