    I have tried everything and I don’t know why the plugin won’t display properly

    By “it won’t display properly” I assume that you want the Billing form inputs to be 100% wide. For that you could add the following CSS rule to your website:

    .woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-input-wrapper {
	display: contents;
}
