We did not facing this problem, and our plugin has nothing to do with displaying the chapters. The plugin displays the video with what it contains. The problem may be from the same video or from YouTube. Make sure from your link, or try use another link to check.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried someone else’s video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvkTC2xIbeY) that shows chapters on YouTube, but this also does not show chapters in the popup on my site. I am wondering if I am missing some option in short-code of Video PopUp. Can you please try this video at your end?
