Hello! My question is the following: after setting up your plugin, the store manager page (or any page, containing [wc_frontend_manager] shortcode) becomes absolutely blank, with no content on it. How could I fix it? Thank you.

    Hi,

Is site other pages are working fine?

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> is any error generating?

    Thank you

Yes, all the other pages are working fine.
In WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs no error is generated.
Note, that it’s multisite and the shortcode works fine on the main site, but not on the other sites, not regarding if it’s activated for the network, or just for one site.

Well, this works for multi-site, but you have to activate this over each sub-site.

In fact WooCommerce will also not work if not active over each sub-sites.

    Thank You

Hi, I have the same problem, on the main site it works well while on the network sites I get a white page (on the page with the shortcode [wc_frontend_manager])

Note: the plugin is already active on all sub-sites

Well, if you are using this in multi-site installation then you have to activate plugins over each su-site.

Network active will not work as WooCommerce does not work like thit!

    Thank You

Hello and thank you for your reply. I tried as you said, that is I installed the plugins in the main site and then activated individually in the secondary sites (first woocommerce and then WCFM), now when I go to see the page that has the shortcode [wc_frontend_manager] it automatically sends me back to my- account

    – Using which user you are trying to access this?

You may access this as sub-site’s Admin and vendor users.

    Thank You

Ok, I have identified the block, I was trying to access Super Admin to the frontend dashboard (the page with the shortcode [wc_frontend_manager]), while if I log in with the secondary site administrator user I can see the frontend dashboard.

So super admin can’t access all dashboards?

    Thank you

NO, Super Admin not allowed to access. Sub-site Admin users are allowed to access.
