• Hello and thank you for maintaining this great plugin.

I just installed ATUM Inventory Management in a site with WooCoommerce version 5.8 and unfortunately, it does not show any product. When I click on Show Uncontrolled, it does not show any product (although I have more than 4k published). I was afraid to allow the plugin to manage the products, so I didn’t have the chance to see if they would appear on the list. I haven’t removed it yet because I was wondering if you could check it out just in case the problem is related to a bug or something. I have a few plugins installed but none are related to WooCommerce in the manner of inventory; two are there for providing feeds to search engines, and one for keeping internal notes. Woodmart is the theme.

    Hi @vagherbie

So you don’t see any product in the controlled list nor the uncontrolled either?
    That’s very weird, indeed…

What kind of product types are your products? Are they compatible with ATUM?

FYI, we aren’t aware of any bug like that. So I guess, it can be something specific to your site (perhaps a 3rd party plugin conflict or something).

If would help if you activate your PHP error log and check if you have any errors there. If you need to know how to enable the log, please do read this article:

    Thank you for replying.

After a few days, I noticed one product appeared. But only one out of 4k. I activated debugging on WordPress. Then, I deactivated every third party plugin apart from WooCommerce and even switched to another theme (Storefront). Nothing changed on the backend, no products were displayed (just this one I mentioned you before). I checked for the debug.log but there were no errors. I even opened the dev tools of the browser and checked the console for errors. Nothing. What do you think is going on here?

    Hi @vagherbie

    I see.
Might you reply to my previous question, please?

What kind of product types are your products? Are they compatible with ATUM?

If you are just using standard WC products (simple, variables, etc) and you want us to investigate this issue, please do open a private ticket and give us access, please.

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

Hello and thank you for replying.

Sorry for not answering your previous question. The products are standard WooCommerce products, not even variable. I will open a private ticket, thank you.

I need to report here that the problem was resolved with this simple workaround that was offered by the ATUM team on their site.

    – Go to ATUM tools
    – First, update ATUM Stock Control
    – Then, Remove ATUM Transients

and.. . voila! All the products appeared on this list.

Thanks again for the great support.
