 * I am selecting all, then deleting all selected but nothing gets deleted, the
files keep popping up in the plugin and they are not removed from the uploads
   folder.
 * Any Help?

 * If you are using some cache system, you have to delete the cache and if you really
want to see if the image is deleted, you have to connect to the server and see
   if it.
 * After the plugin try to see if is possible to delete the image and update the
database, if is not possible, the plugin will not do anything, because if i put
some other logic and i made some delete and update you will not be happy with
   me

 * You can give me more information, about your wordpress version, if you can update
your site without the ftp configutation? and if you upload one image and you
delete with the native wordpress option the image is deleted? Another important
information is if you use the upload folder in your server like /wp-content/uploads/[
   years]/[month]/

 * Another important information is that you have to see in your server side if
the image is still there, not by the browser, because if you have any cache plugin
or some browser, the image can be show because of the cache configuration, normally
if you want to test by the browser you have to empty you history or maybe do “
ctrl+F5” to ignore the cache configuration and ask the image
