# “ not defined for ExtensibleObject

 * After my hosting provider changed their admin panel
    1) All links on my site 
   when clicked would bring you to the homepage. 2) When going to Gallery > Other
   Options or visiting the image gallery page I would get this error ‘ not defined
   for ExtensibleObject’ (as described at [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-defined-for-extensibleobject?replies=7#post-6569807](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-defined-for-extensibleobject?replies=7#post-6569807))
 * As other sites using Nextgen Gallery and migrated too don’t have this same problem,
   with the same version number, I wonder if there is some err records in the database
   to be updated?

   so we can get you our external Reset Tool plugin which should (hopefully) correct
   this issue.
