    Hi, I am trying to configure this plugin however when I try to connect it to a free trial of dynamics 365 it just refreshes and seems to do nothing. I have attached a video of this happening.

    Any help would be appreciated I setup 2 free trials to see if it was the type I was signing up for!

    Hi @katielgc

    just to clarify. This looks like Dynamics 365 for Retail which is F&O offshoot. Our plugin only supports CDS-based Dynamics 365 solutions (formerly known as CRM), e.g. Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc. We also support Dynamics CRM/365 on-premises from version 2013 onwards.
