# Not Connected

 * I noticed that (I think after an update) the Easy Forms form on my site had disappeared.
   After looking around, I found the message ‘Not Connected’ in the general settings.
   
   Entering my API key gave the message ‘Settings successfully updates’ but also
   still the message ‘Not connected’. I’d also tried a new API key, but that also
   didn’t work? How can I get the Easy Forms to work again?

 * Sometimes a server will block the connection ot the MailChimp API servers.
