 * Hey, thanks for the update.
 * Finally got it working. Not sure what the problem was; maybe that I am using 
   a different sub-domain than the one I had listed in the tawk.to sites section.
   Created a new site, changed the plugin to use that, and it now appears to work
   properly.
 * Turns out the plugin was working (i.e. it inserted the javascript into the page,
   and created the iframe div), but the widget itself did not show.

 * I believe the plugin does not display under the windows 10 browser, edge. Can
   anyone confirm if their chat is working under this browser?

 * Works fine on my end. I just installed it on my site and used edge and it shows
