We are happy to not have you as a user of any of our plugins so that we won’t have to receive such a ridiculous review like this.
We have sent a notification to users that the update was scheduled and will be delivered when it’s time. While our developers are snowed under with requests and updates for nearly 50 plugins in our system; others are patiently waiting for the update, and you choose to give a bad review and false assumption of our support. We do give support, but for people who respect us only.
Our contribution on this forum is for people who are in need, not for people who thinks they are in control or think that they have the right to tell us what to do. Giving mean reviews like this will eventually restrict authors from developing more free plugins on WordPress.org when it’s easy to blame other than to say thanks when users benefit from our plugins before issues happen.
