• The support was terrible, and after three days of working day and night to meet a deadline, I had to give up on this product. The category function is very misleading, as it does not pull categories from WooCommerce at all. Others bugs have been mentioned by other users – how the word “score” constantly appears next to every field, and how many customized fields simply don’t show up on the Review Form at all. It’s disappointing because this plugin has some good features, but it takes custom CSS in order for any content to look remotely decent. Whenever I tested by submitting a review, the page would take forever to load, literally – the circle never stopped spinning. I had to x out of that page and reopen in a new browser. The “support team” blamed it on my theme and decided not to offer any further assistance to me since it wasn’t worth the $48 I spent. I do not recommend working with this company.

This user emailed us numerous times yesterday and today, raising several concerns. Since yesterday morning, she has received six replies from us, trying to address these concerns. We’ve offered advice and solutions for problems including the score field she references in her review (we gave the exact CSS to hide this), CSS to hide field explanations, how to disable the inappropriate review flag, information about the WooCommerce integration, information about how the review filtering works, information about the review author field and more. We’ve also answered questions she asked in regard to two of our other plugins, Ultimate Product Catalog and Front-End Only Users.

She raised a few issues that seemed to indicate some kind of conflict with the theme (mostly CSS, and perhaps an issue with a JavaScript page loader). We wanted to test to see if there was a compatibility issue with the theme by trying another theme, as a test. Unfortunately, the customer refused, and, in light of not being able to troubleshoot further, we offered a refund, since it seemed like the product wouldn’t meet her demands without her help in isolating the issue.
