# Not compatible with NextGen

 * Tested Not compatible with NextGen galleries as when both present into any add
   new or edit page, NextGent will just open an empty overlay page when attempting
   to attach gallery. However ‘Delightful Downloads” will keep on working fine. 
   Should I contact NextGen for support? Please advice

 * Please advice on my similar? problem:
 * Setup:
    Wordpress 4.7.2 Theme 2016, with child theme Nextgen 2.1.69 Delightfull
   Downloads 1.6.4
 * DDownloads works fine. However, Nextgen shows empty window when clicking on green
   button on page. If DDownloads is deactivated, calling the Nextgen window works
   fine.

 * I am experiencing the same. Disabling Delightful Downloads allows me to add a
   NextGen gallery to a page via the green button. The issue is populating the NextGen
   popup window with content. If DDownloads is active, the NextGen popup never returns
   content.
