not compatible with Genesis

    Hi,
    thanks for your message, sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    It is very unlikely that ShortPixel has anything to do with this, ShortPixel only optimizes images and from the interaction we had in the past with other clients it works well with Genesis.
    I believe there is something else that caused the issues noted by you.

    Just to verify. I use ShortPixel on many Genesis sites and it works perfectly.
