Not Compatible with Elementor on Localhost

I use many solutions to solve my problem but nothing happens. after that elementors youtube video, ı do to fix my problems in steps. after some steps the main problem is about the theme. Business Point Theme Default Loop problem.. my website running perfect on hosting provider but not elementor is not working in localhost.. and the elementor solutions say that the default loop properties is wrong or missing or not working well on this local wamp server..

so is anybody knows anything?
