 * Hello,
    I downloaded and activated the plugin on my website but I couldn’t use
   it due to this error. You will need to edit the theme’s CSS to ensure it is fully
   compatible. Alternatively, please send a message to us via the support tab How
   can I do this to activate the plugin? Thank you.

 * Yes I have an Org chart under setting but there is nothing I can define users
   or employees in it.
    What should I do?

 * If you check installation tab, you need to edit each user that you want to show
   in chart and check it as a Team member.

 * I added my employees in the Member section but still, I couldn’t add them to 
   the Org chart.
